FEBRUARY - MAY
Parade cheerleaders learn a dance routine and cheers they perform in 3-4 parades around the community. This is a great chance for athletes to get introduced to cheerleading and meet new friends!
We offer a variety of classes during the off-season for both new and experienced cheerleaders. Our Spring Training programs are built around having fun and exploring new concepts, rather than preparing for a performance. We offer classes like acro tumbling, trampoline tricks, stunt routines, and cheer dances.
May - February
These cheerleaders, ages 5-18, learn an cheer routine that they compete in local competitions. While some teams are tumbling, and some are non-tumbling, everyone performs all other parts of competitive cheerleading including cheer, jumps, baskets, stunts, pyramids, and dance.
We have 4 cheer teams (ages 6-18) that compete for a bid to USA Jr. Spirit Nationals in Anaheim, CA. Travel teams perform an advanced 2:30 routine, with all music, and no cheer. All interested athletes, ages 6+, are invited to join one of our travel teams!
September - March
Athletes learn basic stunting, tumbling, cheers, jumps, and a dance they perform at half-time during Cascade Junior Football and Bruins Select Basketball games.
This 45 minute class focuses on cheer motions, jump technique, basic tumbling, and listening skills. We teach athletes body awareness and introduce them to the sport of cheer!
