LETTER FROM THE DIRECTOR
Hello Cheer Families;
I am sending this weekly update a few days early as we begin choreography camp SUNDAY with Legacy, Empire, and Queens! Remember that there will not be regular team practices for the next two weeks, and enrichment classes like stunt, flight and tumbling are on a modified schedule.
CAMP NEED TO KNOW:
1) Choreography camp is where your athlete learns their full competition routine for the year. These are the only mandatory practices all summer.
2) Athlete's unable to attend choreography camp should plan extra practices and hours over the next two months to get caught up. Requests for this time will come from their coach.
3) Pack MORE FOOD than you expect your child to eat. Most teams will eat at least one meal together, and athletes always eat way more than expected on long practice days. If asked to pack lunch, pack at least two snacks as well.
4) Many coaches have assigned theme dress up days for camp. See below.
If your athlete is not on a team, make sure you check the choreography camp schedule anyway as most class times have been modified.
NEW MASK MANDATE: The new mandate requires all parents to wear a mask to come inside the building. We ask that you stay outside unless you need to speak with someone or make a payment. Vaccinated staff and athletes will be masked except for when coaching/practicing. Please speak with your vaccinated athletes about bringing and wearing a mask while hanging out in the kids area and keeping at least a 3-foot distance while eating.
If you are wanting to make changes to your class schedule in September, let me know asap. We have new classes as well as new day/time options!

Starting tomorrow we are on Choreography Camp schedule! We are super excited to learn our competition routines for the year and get to know our team mates better. Below is a list of the things your athletes need to know, bring, and wear for camp. If you have any questions, feel free to message your team coach.
