LETTER FROM THE DIRECTOR
FITTING WEEK is now August 7th and 8th (11am-6pm)
We typically have a weeks worth of fitting dates for you to choose from, however, with the move happening in August, we are condensing fittings to the weekend of Saturday August 7th and Sunday, August 8th. If you are out of town that weekend, message Carrie to schedule a private fitting (preferred dates Thursday 8/5 or Monday 8/9).
Fittings are required for all cheer teams, not for tiny tots or "classes only" athletes. If your athlete is on Royals, Majesties Duchess, Tiaras, Reign, Kingdom, Monarchs, Monarchs Game Day, Queens, Empire or Legacy, keep reading!
DO I NEED TO ATTEND A FITTING? I've made a guide to help:
1) If you answer YES to any of these questions, you need to attend a fitting:
I will be working seven days a week over the next month to get the new location up and running. If you have questions or issues about classes and practices, message Kayla. I will be replying to texts within 72 hours and emails weekly.
Carrie, she/her, 425-466-0810, email@example.com
Kayla, she/her, 206-451-9810, firstname.lastname@example.org
Sometimes you really just need to take a day off and bond with your team. Reign and Legacy both made up new cheer products this week and "sold" them to the sharks on Cheer Shark Tank!
* new programs *
We have a variety of new classes that will be offered to athletes NOT currently on a team at Cascade. If you have family, friends, or neighbors interested in cheerleading, have them check out our website. These are great entry level programs!
STUNT AND TUMBLE: This class focuses on the two most fun and complex parts of cheer: stunting (lifting other athletes up) and tumbling (flips). Athletes practice for a two hour block, learning basic stunting and level appropriate tumbling.
$95 a month.
CHEER 101: For athletes interested in learning all the parts of competition cheer without the commitment of a team. Athletes jump, tumble, stunt and dance in this once a week class. No uniform or performances required. $70/month.
COLLEGE PREP CLASS: For females who are interested in cheering in college and who are unable to commit to a performance team. Athletes can skip classes that interfere with high school cheer competitions and/or games.
