LETTER FROM THE DIRECTOR
NEED TO KNOW:
I know I am a bit behind on emails. Text me for anything that needs my immediate attention and I will continue working through the most urgent matters each day. I will be much more accessible after our Grand Opening and once we are settled into the new gym. Thank you all for the support you have given us to make this possible!

* new LOCATION drop off*
One of the great things about our new location is we have our very own parking lot! This changes our drop off and pick up procedures significantly, so make sure you understand the following going into next week:
FRONT DOOR: The door facing Evergreen is an emergency exit only. Children will not be allowed to enter OR exit out this door. The back of the building facing Holly Drive has two doors, one for entrance and one for exit (see picture below).
ENTER & PARKING: You may enter the parking lot on Holly Drive or Evergreen Way (see map below). The parking lot is set to be re-paved and marked with spaces in the next 3 months. So I will be making stalls using my *zero* expertise on the subject to get us through until then. Keep an eye out for loose concrete and pot holes in the meantime. Note: The parking lot gate is locked in the evening, so do not plan to leave your car in the lot after closing.
DROP OFF: Parents are responsible for ensuring their athlete gets to their class. We recommend walking younger athletes inside. Once they are past the front desk and off to cubbies, we will make sure they get to the right place. Older athletes can be dropped off at the curb as long as you trust them to make it inside on their own. We will not be staffing the parking lot and the front desk cannot be seen from the curb, nor does it always have a staff member at it.
PICK UP: Athletes will be released at the end of their class. There will not be anyone walking them out to make sure they found their parents okay. Just like drop off, we recommend you walk inside to gather younger athletes. If you expect older athletes to find you at the car, make sure you discuss with them parking lot safety. There are a lot of cars coming and going at pick up and drop off. Note: A class that ends at 6:00 is dismissed at 5:55 for athletes to change their shoes.
PICK UP LINE: We ask that you use the parking lot as a parking lot and do not make a line of cars around the building. There are multiple ways to enter/exit the lot, and a line of cars will cause unnecessary congestion. Plus with actual parking spaces the pick up line is not needed.
LATE POLICY: We have noticed a significant increase in late parents over the last few months, with some parents being 10-15 minutes late nearly every practice and taking advantage of the staffing we have outside intended to ensure child safety. This will not be tolerated once we are at our new space. We are not a day care. You are responsible for your child at the minute their class is dismissed. They will be dismissed regardless of if you are there to pick them up or not. Have a plan with your child in case you are running late and call the front desk to notify a staff member (do not text our coaching staff as they are coaching). A child left with no call for more than 15 minutes is considered desertion and we have a responsibility to call child protective services.
Front Desk: 425-382-2973.
We will help make sure the transition goes smoothly for the first week as we all get used to the new space. We will also revisit this plan after a few weeks if needed. Please let us know of any issues or concerns that arise so we can do our best to correct them. Thank you!
NEW GYM: With the new gym comes new classes! Take a look at some of our new programs.
TRAVEL: We need Nationals AND PORTLAND Travel forms by Saturday! Please complete them online or send your child in with a copy. Print form here.
