We offer a variety of cheer classes for both team athletes and individuals. For athletes currently on a cheer team at Cascade Elite, we have classes to enhance skills in tumbling, stunting, flexibility, and jumps. These classes run in 8-week sessions and are priced per session.
For individuals, we have a variety of intro to cheer classes depending on the season, age, and experience of the athlete. If you have any questions on what class to enroll your athlete in, send us an email!
TUMBLE 1A: For new tumblers working towards cartwheels, rolls, backbends and other level 1 skills.
Ages 5 - 8: Mondays 4:00 - 5:00
Ages 9 - 13: Mondays 5:00 - 6:00
TUMBLE 1B: For tumblers working on front and back walkovers, and other level 1 skills. Must have solid cartwheel and handstand.
Ages 5 - 8: Wednesdays 4:00 -5:00
Ages 9 - 13: Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00
BHS: For everything back handspring! Athletes must be able to do a back walkover first.
Ages 8 - 13: Wednesday 7:00 - 8:00
HIGH SCHOOL TUMBLE: For athletes new to tumbling aged 13 + working on handsprings and tucks.
Fridays 7:00 - 8:00
Beginner Stunt: coming soon
All ages class for athletes to advance their stunting skills.
Advanced Stunt: coming soon
All ages class for athletes working on Elite level stunts. Athletes must receive a recommendation from their coach or a staff member in order to enroll.
Flight class is for flyers or flyer candidates interested in increasing their skills. Athletes will focus on flexibility, body positions, flying technique and jumps.

Pre - School
This 45 minute class focuses on cheer motions, jump technique, basic tumbling skills, and teamwork. We teach athletes body awareness and introduce them to the sport of cheer! Enrollment includes tee, shorts, and bow for an session end parent performance.
Ages 2 & 3: Mondays 3:15 - 4:00 OR Fridays 4:15 - 5:00
Ages 4 & 5: Wednesday 3:15 - 4:00 OR Fridays 5:00- 6:00
INTRO TO ELITE
This is a half-year team for athletes wanting to try competitive cheer without the full commitment. Athletes learn basic stunting, cheers, jumps, and a performance routine. Practices are two days per week from November 30th - March with an end-of-season performance.
Ages 6-9: Monday/Wednesday 6:30 - 7:30
Ages 10-14: Monday/Wednesday 7:30 - 8:30
Elite prep is a non-performing team that practices during the competition off-season. This team is for athletes interested in gaining skills that will prepare them for a rigorous cheer season, or for high school tryouts. Athletes will be divided up based on age & ability and will rotate working with each of our competition coaches. During this 12-week session athletes will work on: jumps, cheer motions, stunting fundamentals, performance skills and leadership.
