We offer a variety of classes during the off-season for both new and experienced cheerleaders. Our Spring Training programs are built around having fun and exploring new concepts, rather than preparing for a performance. Most of the following programs are one-hour per week, with the option to add additional classes like stunting or tumbling for $20 per month.
SIDELINE CHEERLEADING$75 / month
Athletes learn components of sideline cheerleading like cheers, chants, band dances, and stunting. Coaches will focus on motions, voice projection, rallying, jumps, and sideline stunts. This class is great for athletes wanting to participate in our sideline program during football or basketball season, or for first time cheerleaders! We recommend adding on a Saturday class like Stunt Routines.

INTRO TO COMPETITIVE CHEER$75 / month
During this once a week class, athletes learn all the parts of competition cheer: jumps, stunt, cheer, dance, and tumbling. We recommend adding on a Saturday class like Trampoline Tricks. This class is for athletes new to the sport of cheerleading or for those age 5-8 who aren't yet ready for Tryout Bootcamp.

TRYOUT BOOTCAMP
$75 / month
This program is meant for athletes interested in trying out for the 2022-2023 competition season! Athletes will condition, learn choreography, improve flexibility and jumps, and work stunt and tumbling technique. We recommend adding on a level-appropriate stunt class. Note: Boot camp can also be taken as an add-on class for athletes enrolled in any other Spring Program.
Age 8+: Tuesday 6:30 - 7:30

Tuition Note: Monthly tuition is the same regardless of the number of classes scheduled, and make up classes are not offered for scheduled breaks. Parade team athletes will perform in June and July, but will not practice during this time as our regular competition season is in full swing. Monthly tuition is only charged during practice months.
*Since Saturday, May 28th falls on a holiday weekend, athletes taking Saturday classes will be shorted one class. Therefore, anyone enrolled in Saturday classes may attend any class equivalent during the month of May as a make up.
